Fourth of July Celebration
Come celebrate the birth of both our nation and our thirtieth president at Plymouth Notch, the birthplace of Calvin Coolidge. All activities take place at the President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site (3780 Route 100A, Plymouth, Vermont). This year’s celebration features a number of special events including a public reading of the Declaration of Independence, an official naturalization ceremony, the final rounds of the Coolidge Cup National High School Debate Tournament, and the annual procession and wreath laying ceremony at the Coolidge graveside led by the Vermont National Guard.
(Note: Due to the uncertain nature of the coronavirus pandemic, event details are tentative at this time. Please continue to check our website for event updates as they become available.)
